How soon Products are shipped after order?
We shipped the product within 24 hours of receiving order.
What are the shipping charges?
Normally all order comes with free shipping, in special curcumstances if there is any shipping charges it will be visible on the cart page mentioning as  " Shipping Charges" just before you place the order.
How long it will take to receive my order?
Delivery time of a shipment/order depends on your location and the distance between your location and Assam. Maximum of 8 Days it takes to get delivered within India. The nearer your address is the sooner you will receive.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order before we have shipped your  product. Once order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Is return facility available?
yes return facility is available only incase of Damaged product. Do contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We consider each case individually and allow the return accordingly.

What are the wholesale rates?
We have a transparent pricing system. Once you contact us for Distributorship or wholesale purchase, we will send you the details.
Do you have any Minimum requirement for Distributorship and Wholesale Purchase?
The only difference between Distributorship and Wholesale is the minimum quantity per order. For Distributorship the minimum quantity is 10Kg, and for Wholesale its 5 Kg per order.
Can I order different teas in one order?
Yes you can order any number of variety of tea, The total quantity should be fullfilled. Variety of tea can be  of any number.
